Angel Haze Addresses Her Sexuality Over Macklemore’s ‘Same Love’

Angel Haze is no stranger to revealing intimate details about her life. Last year she detailed her past as a victim of sexual abuse. This time around, she ellaborates on her sexuality. The rapper who at one point (if not still) dated Donald Glover (aka Childish Gambino) describes herself as pansexual.
“Love is boundary-less. If you can make me feel, if you can make me laugh – and that’s hard – then I can be with you. I don’t care if you have a vagina or if you’re a hermaphrodite or whatever,” she told the Guardian year.
Looks like she wanted to expound on that more. She took the concept of Macklemore’s song, “Same Love,” which celebrates gay relationships and marriage, and made it her own. What she did with this song is important. We need more honesty like this in hip-hop (*coughs* Mister Cee) but unfortunately, we still have a long way to go.
This song is going to help a lot of people sort their feelings out and will probably prevent some suicides.
