GangStarr Does The Source in 1994 + Guru in Critical Condition
Remember when magazine covers were the ish? I miss those days. P.S. Stop spreading rumors about Guru dying. Word from his former publicist is that he is in serious condition but still alive. You can also check out @QTipTheAbstract’s Twitter profile for legitimate updates, as well as Solar’s and Primo’s. I don’t have their Twitter handlers but you can look them up. *UPDATE* Guru’s surgery was successful. That’s all I know for now but keep him in your prayers.

Guru in Coma After Cardiac Arrest
Hip-Hop Wired has learned that rapper Guru is in a coma after suffering cardiac arrest. Details are sketchy but you can read the rest of the story at Hip Hop Wired. Guru, a former member of the rap duo GangStarr, is one of the pioneers of Hip-Hop/jazz crossover. I hope he pulls through.
