Femcee Files: The Real Jay Mills Presents ‘Winter Sadness’ [Mixtape]
This is a loaded post because I have a lot of goodies for you from The Real Jay Mills. She is another lady lyricist who recently got my attention. She’s part of a young crop of female rappers from the DMV (DC-Maryland-Virginia) area who have been making a lot of noise lately (shouts to RA The MC). Her latest project is her Winter Sadness mixtape, which is available for download after the jump, along with more gems from Jay including her version of Kanye’s “Devil In A New Dress.”
Before I get in to the mixtape, check “New Dress.” She decided to take Kanye’s song and flip it to become her own thing.
