G Tunes: Nitty Scott MC ft. Ab-Soul, “Apex”
Brooklyn native Nitty Scott, MC teamed up with Carson, California’s Ab-Soul for her newest track, “Apex.” They’re rapping about what rappers rap about–people not being on their level. However, it’s a cerebral song. I had to listen to it a couple of times to make sure I got the lyrics. They’re basically saying that while everyone else is worshiping material things, they’re busy being smart and they dare everyone else to get on their mental level. This is the latest from Scott’s forthcoming album, The Art of Chill.
