All hail the queen! Queen Latifah has teamed up with Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith to relaunch her talk show. Deadline.com reports that The Queen Latifah showis set to launch on CBS networks in 2013. Fans can expect the show to feature celebrity interviews, human interest stories, comedy, pop culture and musical performances. It is expected to showcase Queen Latifah’s talents, blending comedy and music into her hosting duties.
Her show originally aired from 1999 – 2001.
I can’t wait to see how she remixes it. The day time talk show circuit is tough competition! I’m sure it will be good but these days, Queen Latifah strikes me as an evening talk show type, but we shall see.
