Omar
I was a pre-teen when my siblings introduced me to Omar. For me, his music was love at first listen and I’ve rediscovered him lately. He’s one of those artists whose always in my iPhone, and when I go on trips, his albums are go to tunes to pass the time. My recent trip to New York City was an Omar love fest. I had my player on random and then once it got to Omar, I just couldn’t stop.
Rambling aside, I was perusing his website and noticed a welcome update. He will be releasing new music soon. Omar has signed with Freestyle Records and will drop his s 7th album, The Man in early 2013. Ok so, we’re about to be three months in so hopefully we’ll be hearing from him soon. In the meantime, here’s some throwback O for your enjoyment.
